Yeah, Utopias should not have been marketed as a beer.

Its even higher than barley wines.

Sam does really interesting stuff and has been pushing the limits of brewing almost from day one.

We filled a keg off the barrel. INCREDIBLE TASTE. There are tart almost sour notes and a full on chardonnay flavor profile along with oak. Actually think it will be better the more we refill it...

Sour Saison sounds interdasting.

I filled a used white wine barrel with an experimental saison a couple weeks ago. Really looking forward to trying it.

Many are carrying on the craft beer legacy. I will be doing this soon.
