I mounted Packline roofbox with T-bolt mouting kit instead of attached clamps.
Because the clamps are too bulky to store many skis in the low profile roofbox.
There is no issues so far.

1) you can buy kit lifters for pivot toe(4+1mm sims and long screws) or kit lifters for PX/SPX(3+1+1mm sim and long screws) from look dealers.

2) with gripwalk AFD, i believe 1mm toe sims are...

I am 262mm and happily ski in 25.5.
But I can't imagine skinning in 25.5.
I'd like to know the trick.

Judging by my test,

toe of PG's is perfect.
heel of PG's is OK but 2.5mm father(select 5mm longer BSL) is better to center of forward pressure indecator.
toe of BF's needs to be shortened...

I've found another template for Tyrolia by Powder Guide.
Printed and compared, It seems fine.

Are the next season's FreeTours compatible with alpine bindings(ISO 5355)?

Are these able to use with BF inserts?

My 1st heel riser was broken last year, too.
But the brake spring was fine.
My local shop send my skis with the bindings to Japanese Dynafit distributor.
