For me, the vivid air was a big improvement over the RP23, but I still could never get it to feel the way I wanted it to. Push link and RC4 got it there.

I have a Fox 34 Float 160mm listed down the page a bit. It's what the carbons come spec'ed with now. Though I too ran a 170mm Lyrik.
