My old 190 bcs skied powder better than the 187 gpos I had for a while. And way better than my current skinny gpos. For me at least. YMMV

Yup, that's probably part of the answer. Tail shape and mount point are other parts.

They float and turn very nicely when the snow isn't bottomless and reasonably light, and/or you can keep them...

I have about 10 days on -10 GPOs. Will post a few comments soon, but I'd just like to say that it's a bit of a Jekyll/Hyde ski.

Yeah, will probably be a couple of months yet. And still debating mount.
I've had 187 GPOs previously, had those at -1. Skied pretty well, but felt the tail was a bit grabby in crusts etc. Sold...

187 GPOs, -10mm, 3+ MAP, Ambrosia....

Best looking skis I've ever had, with every recent ON3P pretty close

Will mount with Kingpins and use for winter touring and travels with less snow...
