Unless a "stomp pad" can be finely adjusted to kiss the boot sole, it's just marketing bullshit and does nothing.

And if it can be adjusted to touch the boot sole, it could interfere with release....

Interesting, Zed heel isn't a heck of a lot lighter than Tecton. Most of the weight savings is the toe.

Maybe I missed it, but anyone know the separate weight of the toe and the heel assembly (with and without brake)?
