People sometimes have funny dimensions. One of my buddies is 6’0”, but has the torso of a guy who’s almost 6’4”. Dude needs serious headroom.

In addition to being lighter and giving more headroom, slick tops remove concerns about leaking or mechanical failure (BMWs are notorious).

I had an expansion tank blow on my e46 330i once but pulled over in time to avoid frying the engine. Not too expensive to refresh cooling system in stages over time as preventative measure.

Will use 73s in winter and 68s rest of time. 73s are rife with curb rash, but who cares?
