You can walk to the I-street crag from there, best quartzite in the country!

Some new multi-pitch bolted routes here in case you didn’t know, put up by a guy that lives across the street from the house listed:

I obviously can't speak to the ins and out of that house but I think it is helpful to look at true replacement cost or build cost. You are not gonna build something similar for $237/sq. ft. so in desirable locations, I think that will still have an impact on demand.
You people make me laugh. What I want? What I want is for Berthoud Pass Ski Area to still be around with no lift lines, everyone that moved here in the last twenty years to leave, to just work on a handful of customs a year and take about 3 months off a year.
Its almost as if some people hate where the live, have no pride in community so they just want to export that attitude.
In other words a time machine where you get the benefits of the less populated past and the income/savings of the future at the same time.
I'd just be happy to live in the pre-facebook world forever. That's half the reason cool spots are now fucked with nitwits.
It is true though. When I moved to San Diego 43 years ago you could free dive for abalone and lobster. I was poor, but we ate really well sometimes. Sunset Cliffs was a handful of guys on any given day and surfing there was pretty chill. Now the city is 4 - 5 times bigger and all that shit is gone. Just to many people for sure.
Its not fucked up its just different. I don't get much value out of the "improvements" 'cause I'm just a hick that likes to hang out in the woods with my friends. The only thing that surprises me is how good we had it. So much powder skiing.
Back to Real Estate. I know of a couple custom home project that have been canceled and a few more that are pushing out to 2024. Nobody is panicking but that doesn't mean we shouldn't.
Holy hell dude, would you just pipe the fuck down! So you hate me, nobody cares. No shit I build stuff. Thanks for playing.
Sweet! I'll make sure I consult with the Utes and the Araphoe's before I play internet next time.
wow bud are you off your meds?
I been doing my best nimby work this week proud of it I am awesome being a nimby is awesome
your moms basement got you down all the doom and gloom
hell I been riding my bike and skiing this week have you rubbed yourself raw jerking off yet?
sending out some solid six figure invoices this week too gotta love raping ski towns taking a big shit and then leaving one day for someone else to clean it up
Ski town raping is overrated, beach town raping is where it's at in the 21st century, and then when the oceans rise we can start on the conveniently located near the water suburbs raping.
What’s with the raping shit? Y’all just whores, like everybody else, it’s just the numbers that change.

Is there anything more Mormon than having multiple nonconforming basement bedrooms in a single house?
The combination of "the government can't tell me what to do" and also not giving a shit about the physical safety of their own kids is pretty unique to Utah and S Idaho.
To be fair to the mo mos, most finished basements were done unpermitted and lack proper egress and closets in the "bedrooms." The real a holes are the unethical dirt pimp realtors who have no shame including things like unfinished basement in the square footage, or "bedrooms" that lack egress and closets, into the unregulated MLS data. The entire MLS system is a sham.
