Anyway. Talked to two neighbors on our street who are selling this week. One of them have been in their house for 26 years. Bought it for $200k. Should list for ~$2M. Nice house but nothing special. The other will list for well over that and the people selling have been there for 2.5 years. Probably at least $650k profit. Should be interesting to see how long it takes them to sell. With all the talk of the market slowing down, they both sounded nervous, like they weren't going to be able to sell or *GASP* they wouldn't make enough money off the sell! Ugh, so funny. Like if you don't make millions off the sale of your home you are some kind of failure to society. hilarious. I hope they both get screwed honestly.
