Didja see the blurb about Weddel playing most of the game with a torn pectoral muscle on his right side? I saw the injury and the brace they put on but holy moly that must be unpleasant to go toss with those guys in that game after that injury. At 37, no less...

49ers O line was fantastic at run blocking but subpar in pass protection (other than Trent Williams). I think Jimmy going to the Steelers is a good fit and I hope he does well. How much his teammates love him will probably be a bit of fresh air for some players following Big Ben.

Wow. Happy to have Wilson out of the NFC West but also it seems like he hasn’t been the same since he got drilled in the head during the 2020 season. It will be fun to watch regardless. He was the MVP before that.
Goddamn it, I already know how this ends. Baker comes back and plays very well, and over the course of a couple years the Brownies get good enough to be true contenders. They then get to the AFC 'ship game two years running. Both times they are beaten by the hated Donkey's. Once when Wilson stages a last minute comeback and another when Baker fumbles on the 1 when they are about to go in for the winning score.Quote:
