To Vaccinate or Not---The Rat Flu Odyssey Continues
Chronic snoring, always exhausted during day , anybody who sleeps near you worries that you stop breathing during night and when you do fall asleep they constantly wake you up because your snoring- so you’re even more exhausted! High or elevated blood pressure . No REM sleep no dreams, weight gain , sleepy during day , I could go on. Essentially you don’t ever get to real sleep, you only think you do. Your body is too busy trying to stay alive because you stop breathing intermittently all night.
It takes a while getting used to it for sure but everything has changed for better. I actually like yo sleep now! If there’s even a chance you think you have sleep apnea look into it.

Didn't take paxlovid, but googled it. Side effects sounded like the same symptoms as covid but with added metallic taste, nausea, and possibly diarrhea, so I figured I'd just ride it out.
Day 3 via CDC method did paxlovid right off bat on my docs advise- has worked well for many others around me / didn’t look into any side affects downsides -
Day -2 started feeling throat dry
Day -1 felt a bit worse - rapid test neg
Day 0 felt like shit all day had a low fever 99-100.5. Cough came in , aches pains you name it. Took pax that night
Day 1 - cough there but aches better almost no fever
Day 2 - cough ( not going anywhere anytime soon ). No fever feel better
Day 3 - aside from no vice and cough feel ok
Definitely feel like I’ve been standing at a metal lathe with my mouth open! Stomach also sorta fucked . We’ll see. As a small business owner I need to be back at it asap I can’t afford down time -that pushed my decision to pax it.
Not snoring though!
