Fred you might not be wrong, but I've been trying to force myself to get better by lifting, bike training, skiing, hiking and it's just not getting any better so I'm actually gonna try being mellow for once. Hopefully when some of this stress wears down I magically get better as well. Would be great if this was all related to too much work, not enough money, not enough sleep, crazy family stuff etc and there is nothing actually wrong with me.
I've just never had stress that caused such a weird physical reaction to essentially one part of my body.
