I don't disagree with any of that. The system is gamed for those that know the system and the money to make moves. However, I would like to point out that those that prepare and save are prime sources of income for these schools versus those that either couldn't or didn't save. More to the point, had I bought a boat instead of a 529, it's likely I would qualify for additional aid and pay less.Quote:
