Must be a coincidence that the virus with 76 mutations from the OG Wuhan strain winds up in both the deer population and a human in the same area, all 76 of the exact same mutations happening independently from each other.
It is possible the human could have caused the mutation and spread it to the deer. I also hit a hole in one once, but it was statistically very unlikely.
