Jason Kenny has been swearing up and down all year that Alberta will never have a vaccine passport, illegal, unconstitutional Yada, Yada. He must have seen some serious shit to have suddenly gone back on that, given how much blow back that is going to earn him from a lot of his party and supporters. Although in typical UCP fashion, they didn’t just declare a mandate, they made it ‘optional’ by offering you a choice: follow restrictions IE no Indoor dining, or use the vaccine passport and continue on as ‘normal’. So they can spin it that they gave businesses the choice to not require passports.
Going to be interesting. Pick the least worst guy (girl), weigh that with choosing a party that somewhat aligns with your beliefs and of course compare the virtues of your local candidates to not pick an idiot.Quote:

The Liberals had put proportional representation on their platform last election, then got elected and decided that it wasn't in our (read their) best interest to proceed. I'm a bit pissed about that.
I'm going to listen to the candidates forum tonight (for Skeena/Bulkley Valley) and perhaps that will help make my mind up.
