You know banff is AB but its probably similar with the AB office of human rights and in line with canadian human rights. Basically work with the complaintant up until their decision impacts others based on current science. When i volunteered with the B.C. Cancer Clinic in Victoria, prior to the pandemic, when it came to the annual flu shot volunteers had the choice of getting the shot or wearing a mask while in the building.
If I were the Banff mayor, I would consider something similar, only the mask would be one of those custom fitted ones (N95?) that if you wear one for 8 hours it leaves a mark; actually quite a mark if you wear it 5 days a week.:D
Not sure where the standard expectation is settling at but i really havent seen anything less than being masked and regular testing at the very least. That still doesnt cancel all the risk though

Wonder how this will affect ski areas. Obviously lodges, but are they going to apply it to enclosed lift access like gondolas? You can only ride chairlifts? Or they won’t even bother with the hassle of trying to police that and just won’t allow you on any lift.
