Is there any risk to a tech jong opening up a tv?
I got a used commercial grade tv last summer for outdoor patio use. Chanced it and left it out over winter. In the spring when I tested it it was working fine, but now won't power on. I've read that this model has three fuses inside I can check (that's about the limit of my trouble shooting skills here) so I'd like to check those before moving on.
IIRC old tube tv's have capacitors that can shock you, just curious if modern flat screen tv's carry any risk.
