Unhoused is virtue signaling for woke well to do liberals. I don’t know when it took over with these folks but I do know it doesn’t change anything over using homeless

Can we compromise on "houseless"?
It's hard to say what's more annoying--the verbal gymnastics people go to describe disadvantaged people or how upset people get about the verbal gymnastics. It's not virtue signaling--it's tribal signaling for both sides, like wearing red or blue (interesting that the political parties and the Crips and Bloods use the same colors.)
There are somethings that should not be advertised on TV and vaginal odor issues one of them

I’m not going to identify as woke but I’m well to do(kinda) and liberal and don’t see any reason to stop using homeless. I also have very limited virtueQuote:

I never said anyone had to stop using any given word. Again, I chose from the available words hat are currently being used that accurately describe a given situation. I have no objection to either word and anyone who thinks I do , well, that's a you problem, not a me problem. It's pretty hysterical how many panties got bunched because of the nomenclature, dude.
Is it possible it’s a regional linguistic sensitivity?
Living in disproportionate liberal area vs living in disproportionate conservative area?
Might touch the ear as slightly off or not…

Yeah, I would say "homeless" but I never even noticed your use of "unhoused" and certainly didn't think it was something worth bashing (hence why I asked). Had you berated others for using "homeless" then yeah, maybe, but anyone set off by the simple use of the word "unhoused" seems to me to be the one with the problem.
and thanks y'all for the "double tap" tip!
Thanks, but I identify as forumless
