Bad, but not worse. It's funnier when there's no TP so you know there's an uncomfortable asshole out there.

Damn. Sorry for the loss of your friend.
Hmmm, unhoused changes the equation.
Unhorsed is annoying, I don’t see anything derogatory about homeless

Unicorns think horses are important. Pffft.
We’re related.
Spellcheck didn’t recognize unhoused, coincidence?

I chose one word, I don't think it's the only correct word. You are free to use the word you chose. Hopefully I am free to use the word I chose if I see fit.
Have you always used “unhoused” to describe the homeless?

No, i have not always used the word, however, it is an apt description and I don't mind using new words as they come along if they aren't offensive and they add new nuances to the discussion.
Added nuances…,

Same thing for links in emails.
what's the problem with the word "unhoused"?
It's offensive to the horseless.
Eta: Sorry, I meant to say "those experiencing horselessness. Just because they have no horses now does not mean they will always be horseless. Their horselessness does not define them. Also, they may be cat people.
It's a masked attempt to make people in an unpleasant situation feel more respected, where the actual purpose is to make the well off people using the word feel better about themselves because they have made a public display of compassion.

"I've got an idea about homelessness. Do you know what they ought to do? Change the name of it. It's not "homelessness", it's "houselessness". It's houses these people need. A home is an abstract idea, a home is a setting, it's a state of mind. These people need houses; physical, tangible structures."

for those who are quoting my post, what are you using to post? Because I still can't quote on FF.
The fact that a guy I know has to worry about him or his wife and kid being deported because of the color of their skin, in the year 2025, in the United States, as a US citizen. Their friend who is a citizen was deported and instead of an apology, they told him he was "Collateral Damage". He is 70 yo.
