Don't go postal on us [emoji16]

It's higher up the food chain too. We just got yet another delivery person who did not pick up packages because he was trained to only pick up 'requested' packages. WTF? The red flag is no longer a clue? The packages sat for three days and deliveries were neatly stacked in the box next to the out going. I talked to him (good guy) and he said the post master just informed him to pick up from us and one other on our route.
The previous guy was awesome but was like a sub-contractor/floater. He said it was nuts as if the USPS tried to make it harder for everyone, including having to scan every package twice for two different databases that can't talk to each other.
After covid, we might not see service at all for a week.
truth. when I am pissed about something during a convo with a CS rep, I always make sure to say something along the lines of "I know that you didn't cause this problem" or whatever, so that they don't think the angry/annoyed tone is for them.
In my experience on both sides of the customer service thing, being angry RARELY leads to better results than being super nice.
Too late. Time for a chill pill and a ski.
...and another PITA is TGR. When submitting, I keep getting the following and have to re-login:

Indeed. That's precisely why this thread is useful. We can go off in here instead of on some poor worker who has nothing to do with the asinine system their worthless management put into place. So I agree. I do not go Karen on anybody IRL FWIW. That's what this place is for. :D
The further out you park in a parking lot for retail, the more likely you are to be parking next to that shop's employees. Most are told to park as far away from the entrance as possible. So while they might park their beater literally right next to you, they likely won't be moving for the rest of the day.
This thread is like rubbing a laughing Budda's belly for luck. Whine here and like magic the package arrived.
I left a note and the postal guy said he just got he package as was guessing it was on another route. This i suspected, but the way it gets handled and updated needs work.
Went to the shop to pick up a couple replacement buckles for my old Dalbellos. Both buckles *appeared* to be comparable replacements... but upon returning home and getting the tools out, there are small enough differences that *neither* replacement buckle is going to work.
So back I go, with tools and boot in hand this time, to source buckles that work.
:nonono2:
At Palisades they will fine you for parking without a reservation but apparently you can park in a handicap spot with impunity. As long as you have said reservation.
Fuckin' TRG, amirite??

Fuckin floss stick!
I'm going with the flosser. Which is indeed annoying.
I blame the dentists.
Kinda amuses, but probably more annoying: the route that my package has taken to get to Boston so far. Note the ordering

You might want to go back and read the post again and maybe stop assuming things I didn't say. I gave no crap to the employee. Just asked questions politely because what she was telling me made no sense and she didn't seem to know the bank's policies.
Then the bank manager comes out and her main explanation for the fee is this is what we charge now and all the other banks are doing it too, so bend over and just be glad we'll cash this check at all. Guess you needed to be there but she had a lot of attitude maybe not conveyed in the post. Not cool at all for a customer facing position. You would have been cringing at her if you had been there, just like I was. I just said well I guess I won't be cashing this check now if this is how you will be treating customers.
But hey, if you think paying a $120 fee to cash a $200 cdn ($150 USD) check is cool then go for it.
