So I have this childhood friend that I only know now from facebook. He is uber religious now. So he did a good thing and went to Nicaragua a few weeks ago on a 2 week mission. He made a video of it. He and his family did do some good, much more than I have done for these people. However, now he is soliciting help and using this video as a marketing tool to get his "friends" to donate to these poor people and set up a link to do so. He even comments that the average person makes $10-25/week. Sounds good right? Well he is asking for donations to build 2 churches. Build them some fucking churches? No man, if I'm donating money to these people it will be for shit they need like clothing and food and housing. Not a place to ask their skygod why he hates them so much to put them into such a position. Fuck that noise.
