It's been a long time but imo there are 2 times that call for Popeyes. 1st is after a long day of drinking in the city and you need some fried chicken to soak up the 7 eleven booze cup you made for the last train home. A lot of times now small to medium size companies will bring in an air freight container. There's no reason to have thousands of something aging on warehouse shelves, even if the cost is xx% higher quicker turns will be more profitable. It's also instant as opposed to 30-90 days on a boat and air freight gets closer to its final destination and doesn't need to be insured for x-country ground transpo.
