If you're right handed I hope you know how to use a scissors left handed. If not, the idea is to pull with the thumb and push with the finger(s). Scissors are designed so that when used with the right hand the natural tendency to push with the thumb and pull with the finger)s) which forces the cutting edges together. When used with the left hand the natural tendency forces the edges apart, so they don't cut.Quote:

Riddled with overly broad non-compete clauses, paragraphs and paragraphs saying they can decide to not pay for basically any reason they feel like, and pages of litigation/arbitration crap. Seriously egregious contract that only a moran would go along with. Kicked it back to HR and higher ups with my redlined version... crickets. F U lawyers that came up with this one. :mad:

I finally heard back from the hiring manager saying they're going to hold firm to it and not open to my redlining.
