If 98% of people don't check their oil, 122% of people don't check their transmission fluid.
Unless your vehicle has a NA OG V6 or V8, you're low on oil.

I have to say, I was really surprised by the multiple Subarus on the side of I-70 yesterday heading towards the tunnel with their hoods up. They were all recent-ish vintages too. Overheating was all I could figure?
Outbacks that are '12 and newer have oil consumption issues. Something to do with trying to eek out better MPG by switching to lower weight oil (0w20) and not designing the piston/piston rings correctly. I'm in the middle of a oil consumption test on mine. If it fails I get a new short block.
We did the same thing on our 2013 a few years after we got it. The result was that it doesn't burn quite enough oil, so Subaru declared it in spec: we often get the low oil light within 3000 mi of the last oil change, but apparently that's within spec. Should have drained a half quart or so before we went back at the end of the test.
I paid $88 for a lane of bowling for 1 hour with 3 shoe rentals on Saturday. Still scratching my head. How do youngsters go anymore? I remember doing rock-n-bowl Friday nights for like $15 -3 hours.
I know this is kind of a dick move, but nothing’s annoying me right now.
Edit: I take it back - xyz is annoying in the Ukraine thread.
Yeah, I like liquid morphine, too.
Bowling is all high end these days. Cocktail menus and food that doesn't come out of a jar or a vending machine, upscale arcades and more big screens than a sportsbook. I'd love to find a lane like the one we used to frequent in college, but I don't think they exist any more and if they do, I sure as shit can't bring the kids there.
Yup, in Winter Park it $15/hr. per person. Grand Lake Lanes was awesome but it closed and will be high dollar condos. Cheesy tots & pizza, icy domestics and old school hand scoring with the projector!
In the city I think Monaco Lanes is still going under a different name. All you can bowl for $20 isn't bad.
Denver mags, what was/is the name of the lanes in the Highlands with the raised bar/lounge in the middle with lanes on both sides? Elitch Lanes, Tennyson Lanes?
And pool tables! Hardly anywhere has tables anymore. I heard Tarantula Billiards in Denver has to give away free pool these days.
Foosball, darts, shuffle board? What happened to bar games?
Elitch Lanes was replaced with a Natural Grocers years ago. I think Wheat Ridge Lanes on 38th is still kicking though.
