Really though, id just vote for chipping away a 18" square in the basement slab, digging down a couple feet, slapping in a vertical stick of pervious 12" PVC with a sump pump at the bottom, backfilling around with drain rock, putting a solid lid on the pipe to fit the slab opening and running the 3/4" forcemain up and out to the street. If the slab has any kind of aggregate base/capbreak under it, this option should work really well for you... though it does require the power to be on.
