These work great for cleaning ports. At this point it's probably not lint. You probably have some corrosion on one of the contacts.

And for those of you replacing batteries in Pixel 3's and 4's, those things stopped receiving security updates two years ago. Good luck with your personal information.
It's hit or miss finding a case that one likes with dust covers. For the 2022 Moto G Stylus 5G the cases I found with built port covers sucked and the least worst was a thicc fucker. For the 2023 version, I found a slimmer Tudia brand case I like for very cheap, and it has a built in metal plate for magnetic holders. You can also buy loose individual port protector plugs. They do the job but they get lost. I found I needed to have a dedicated small dish to put them in next to where I charge my phone. It's like car keys and a wallet, always put them in the same spot(s) everytime. Fortunately my wife is a potter and so we have tons of those dishes.
Having to call anything…really.
My mom is 92, kind of falling apart, but I want to take her to a Bulls game because she actually worked with Michael Jordan etc. I’ve never purchased accessible seats but it looks pretty straightforward, so I’m ready to buy on Ticketmaster. One of the screens shows seats that aren’t available on the map, (wtf?), and I want to know if I can rent a wheelchair or get a person like in the airport.
The fucking imbecile on the phone wanted me to actually spell the name of the event. How many times can I spell Chicago Bulls and Golden State Warriors and United Center and January 12???
Aaaaaahhhhhaaaaaahhhhrrrrrggggg.
People who do more than simple transactions in drive up banking
Icebreaker clothing is starting to annoy me. It’s expensive, shrinks no matter water temp i use. Gets holes no matter how well i take of it and moths love to eat it. It’s an expensive quickly disposable option. I think I’m out. I’ll switch to organic cotton or something.

Accuweather....It's search function is about as useful as the search function on this forums.
When I was in NM, I typed in Taos. But apparently the app thinks I wanted to know the weather in China? And this app does have location services turned on.

Today I was looking at weather for my trip home. And its suggestions were all local doctors offices. WTF?

Blah, blah...yeah I know it will bring up the right search return once you type in the state along with city. But you'd think they could make predictive text a bit more useful....
Same with meteo blue.
Oooh, AccuWeather. Those fuckers. When I changed phones I could no longer get the widget I like. I want a 1x1 tile with current temp.
On NVroads site, it shows whole state. You wanna zoom in on Tahoe, one touch, it instantly switches to whole planet earth view...!
Like, when would that ever be useful under any situation?

I want a new pair of Uggs for Christmas (self gift) but they've been out of stock forever.
Today I get a notice from Zappos that they are back in stock and before I can get there they are sold out! Grrrrrrr.
Yeah, that's what my father-in-law did with his car title. Then dementia took over and the place he'd remember was no more so now the car is sitting in our driveway and can't be registered, sold, or scrapped. NY State makes it impossible to handle this until the person dies and their estate is settled so we have a perfectly good Subaru Forester with 70k miles sitting in the driveway going bad and all we can do is watch it happen. So fucked
Gravity, looks like NY has an online lost title application? In Colorado it is really not a big deal. What do you want to do with the car? If you want to sell it, maybe car to an independent car dealer and let them deal with it.
Unfortunately he hasn't had a valid ID for 7 years and has no idea who he is or what year it is so we can't use the online form or go to the DMV due to being mostly immobile and having no ID to solve it in person either. The home the car was registered to has been sold so even if we fudge it the title can't be sent to the old address. What do I want to do with it? USE IT. I did ask a car dealer and was told that nobody will offer more than a few hundred dollars for it because of the no title issue because they're not allowed to store untitled or parts cars on the dealership property in NY and that few hundred would get eaten up when I pay a tow guy to transport it.
