I'm still struggling with getting rid of that furniture and a commercial sewing machine. I've tried selling it, tried giving it away and tried donating it. I can't get it picked up by anybody, a few say if I can get it to them and pay a "small fee" they'll take it. I can't move it by myself, can't get help moving it without picking up a few guys on the street in some questionable places and finding a rental truck to move it in is stupid expensive. I can't believe I'm gonna have to take a sawzall to this stuff and hack it to pieces and pay hundreds for a dumpster. The dining room set is beautiful, purchased new in 1959 and cherished, my wife is all broken up thinking of it being destroyed and tossed.
