There's a lot of land in this part of the country that's only economic use is pasture or houses, I try to buy local dairy to keep the houses away but I barely use any milk at all so it's kinda hard to do. I do buy local cheeses and use more of that at least.

I could give or take milk (not literally Jack), but I hold cheese up there with essential life sustaining "get what you pay for" items that I'm not willing to compromise on. Good cheese is up there with beer, wine, whiskey, skis, ski boots, motorcycles, mountain bikes, trucks, dogs, and women.
