Oh, I laughed; but it also annoyed me.
Probably a hot mess.
Great - Just what I needed to read about this morning. Damn Hackers.

Quote:
Millions of people in Louisiana and Oregon have had their data compromised in the sprawling cyberattack that has also hit the US federal government, state agencies said late Thursday.
The breach has affected 3.5 million Oregonians with driver’s licenses or state ID cards, and anyone with that documentation in Louisiana, authorities said. The Louisiana governor’s office did not put a number on the number of victims but over 3 million Louisianians hold driver’s licenses, according to public data.
The states did not blame anyone in particular for the hack, but federal officials have attributed a broader hacking campaign using the same software vulnerability to a Russian ransomware gang.
I'm annoyed that no one seems to make a good sized quality non-Belgium waffle iron.
My old one finally gave up ghost and I've been having a devil of a time trying to replace it.
X-post, but this is how my day is going, LOL

Btdt. 30+ years ago I bought a Craftsman ratchet set that had press in spots in the lid only. The sockets just set in the base part. It was really easy to mix up top and bottom and open it upside down, at which time the base contents would grenade everywhere. Some fucking genius probably got paid extra for that move. Fast forward to today and the latches are broken off, so if you pick it up by the handle, it flops open and explodes. One has to carry it flat and open it carefully. It's probably time for a new tool tote for it.
You know what annoys me? That there are regular waffles and Belgian waffles.
Plate sized at a min. Rectangle is fine. My last one was round and turned out waffles you could break into individual hearts. Before that I had a large rectangle that produced 2 square waffels.
I've seen cheap mini ones that look more like toys than a kitchen appliance.
The only waffles I make are Liege style Beldian waffles. Yeast waffles with a carmelized sugar crust and soft innards. I make them on a Cuisinart electric griddle/sandwich press my wife boughtwith add-on waffle plates. I don't think it matters whether a waffle maker is Belgian or American. If I were going to buy a waffle maker I'd use a cast iron stove top type. For the price I would get two.
The end is nigh

I think you meant to say classic waffle and not non-Belgian. But us connoisseurs of waffles know what you mean.
These are pretty good - round or square.

We've got one of these (Villaware) and it's a workhorse - probably 20 years old at this point. Sometimes wish it made 4 squares instead of just two:

Went to a store and bought $70 worth of beer. Forgot to get a bag of ice so went back in, tried to pay for ice 2.99 on credit card (didn’t have any cash) Same lady says $5 minimum on credit card. I said to her I just spent $70 here 30 seconds ago. Doesn’t matter she says, has to be $5 per transaction. I left annoyed without ice
Or dragged them beer back inside and returned it, then bought everything together !
Corn silks
Popcorn kernels that don’t pop, and bits of the kernels that get stuck in your teeth.
One of my socket sets, the sockets are (were) held in place by elastic straps, and of course it’s the grade of elastic that expires in about two years. Now I have the sockets grouped into different labeled ziplocks inside the larger container.
I left this kit to my old man for a bit and he returned it with the foam inside. He’s smart. If he didn’t do this I’d probably have put this stuff on rails in a tool bag or Plano case.
Aside from the dumb blow mold case, the old US made sockets are very nice.

Painted rocks with stupid messages on them. Don't you people have anything better to do with your time than paint rocks and leave them in random locations. If I see your damned rocks they are getting tossed into the sagebrush, same goes for your damned rock cairns where they don't really need to be, like on a well established trail, I'll knock them down everytime I see them.
