That was....interesting.
Stayed up long enough for first 2 songs of 2nd set. Ummm, ok. Have to listen to whole thing before I can really judge it. One thing I noticed is that mike was smiling a lot during it. He never smiles for regular Phish music.
Haven’t listened or watched yet. Doesn’t sound like my kinda set. But I get why they did it.
First and third set look good on paper.
Swedish Phish
If anyone is holding, please throw me a pm.
Thanks. Should be an interesting morning after show.
Jesus Christ, can we haz a stream plz?
on relisten, i'm enjoying it a bunch. well played, Phish.
Not me, seems forced and planned. Like, let’s try to write even shittier lyrics to our songs.
Stray Dog makes me want to kick the ottoman over. However, the wireless, white Strat, that can stay. Sick rig.
To tide you over until Phish starts.

Got any show links?
That was one of the most dialed shows I've ever heard. Fire mixed with flavor and humor. 10 out of 10. Thanks boys.
Was in bed before 1st set. Knew last night would be the fire. Another Weigh. Been chasing that for over 20 years. Damn.
Listening to Soul Planet jam. Fuck yes.
Uuuuhhhhhh that Mercury.

I've listened to this set a couple of times and it's grown on me - it's like Phish, Talking Heads, David Bowie, and Spinal Tap all rolled into one.
I didn't see the live stream, so video from Halloween really helps to put it all together. Seeing the effort and expense that went into doing something this ridiculous makes me feel good about the money I've spent on these guys. It's creative, it's out there, the musicianship is top-notch, and it's hilarious, to boot.
If you can deal with a little tranny porn and want a vid stream link, pm me.
I never thought I would type that.
LIFEBOY
Fuck yes.
Seriously!
That wasn't a half bad Weekapaug, either.
That 2nd set just torched vegas.
Replay on now if any of you old fucks are up:

Working my way through the second set now. I really wish they'd let the weird ambiance linger a little at points like the transition between 46 Days and Scents, though.
So the "3 Nights in Missoula" Summer 2019 rumor is floating around again. Figured I would toss that out there.
That sounds like incredibly wishful thinking, but hey, the internet can dare to dream big!
I’d love a Missoula run!
Good memories of the Sept ‘95 show. House lights on the field house were stuck on. They fired up AC/DC bag opener. Lights went off toward the end of the song. Crowd went nuts. Trey stopped playing and did a golf clap to the light crew. (I used to rig lights around Missoula in those days. Our crew took off for that show. ).
If it goes down, I’ll be there!
I have 2 extra tickets to MSG 12/30...sec 212, row 21 (nose bleeds) for face......let me know
Anyone going to nye? Or anyone have a few extras?
21 years ago today. Maybe the best show I ever saw. Monster Drowned. Possum > Funk is all time.
PHISH, WEDNESDAY 12/03/1997
CORESTATES SPECTRUM
Philadelphia, PA
SET 1: Punch You in the Eye > My Soul, Drowned, The Old Home Place, Gumbo > Also Sprach Zarathustra > You Enjoy Myself
SET 2: David Bowie[1] -> Possum > Jam -> Prince Caspian > Frankenstein > Harry Hood
ENCORE: Crossroads
[1] Simpsons signal. Unfinished.
Drowned included a Couldn’t Stand the Weather jam. 2001 contained Super Bad teases from Trey. Bowie was preceded by a Charge! tease, included Take Me Out to the Ballgame and Baby Elephant Walk teases, a Simpsons signal, and was unfinished.
Ha. That's like some dude on a hunting video I watched recently that got married September 17th or something. Archery season messed up forever.
I am gonna be in NJ from the 21st to the 26th. I knew better than to even tempt myself by staying east through the new year.
Off to Trey in Eugene Monday with my daughter. Return to a foot of fresh. Stoked. Tonight sounded real good.
Gearing up for NYC.

fucking fantastic evening. great to hear the songs broken down to their basics. really surprised by the breadth of the setlist, plus some notable bust outs.
money well spent. You'll love it Stapes, have fun yourself
I wish the Trey solo stuff was available on relisten or similar...
Dates for Ghosts of the Forest just announced. Hoping to snag some Albany tickets when they go on sale tomorrow...

Good excuse to go to NYC in April.
