I'd be down for either...assuming my brain and other vitals haven't leaked out of my ears by then.

If you have enough energy for a mtb ride on Sunday, then you're doing it wrong on Saturday.
Ticket in hand!! Way to much money for my poor ass, but I'm inside on Saturday. Not going sunday, but I could be down for buff creek with y'all!
Woo hoo!
Not getting to the lots till 4:30 or so today, so look for Camp Maggot to be setup in Lower South 1 the next three nights.
Looking like I might wind up with another Friday ticket....depends on if these kids call me and if its not too expensive.
Gonna try to bring my friend, but if she has to work I will post in here so one of you guys can get it.
Yo WRG-
PM sent re: you're possible extra friday. cell number is within.
For anyone wondering. My buddy who is in the parking lot right now said it is looking really bleak for extra tix. No real surprise there. The ones he has found the a-holes are quoting $200 - $300 per ticket. I told him to kick him in the balls and get the wookies to swarm. I thought for sure the tix would have come down in price since it seems like so many are out there.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great show last night. Really had some sick seats thanks to Pablo Escobar. Saw cptpowder in the line for the mens room (the barnoculars were a give away).
Second set last night was definitely the highlight. The Ghost > Wolfman's = ABSOLUTE HOSE.
SecondedQuote:

Ended up making it in last minute for $110 (not bad, still shitty though). Opening with Divided Sky was pretty tits. Especially after the rain cleared out from the past three days. Very appropriate.
Did anyone else think that there was no one there last night. I was in row 50 and the top 1/3 of RR was sparse, plenty of space. Also the top deck was vacant and there was 0 wait for the bathrooms/beer. I wonder if a ton of scalpers ate it because they got too greedy? I was expecting it to be way more packed then that. Too bad. Killer show though.
My buddy checked Stubhub at the last minute and scored two $100 tix before fees.
FYI..I almost had a line on tickets last night for $120 from a local ticket broker. I hate bowing down to the scalpers but I couldn't miss it. When I talked to the guy he said that they had about 20 tickets left for tonight (Friday). He also said if they had any tickets left for tonights show to call back at noon today and they would probably be on special for $120 again. It sucks because it's twice face but unless you are going to get a miracle, it looks like that may be the cheapest you'll get em for the weekend shows. Although I bet you will be able to get Sunday tix for cheaper. The # is 303-781-2803. If anyone is interested in that I would at least call and try.
Trade a pair of Shoreline for a Saturday or Sunday.
Or will sell for $125.

I thought it was real packed last night. I was in row 35 and everytime I looked up I felt it was brimming with people. I didn't check out the upper rows too meticulously though when I passed by. The wait time in the pissers was bad too during the obvious times, even the not so secret bathroom had a line. Nonetheless, I had a blast.
Really? I guess it woulda seemed like it the further you are down. Some other friends were closer and said it seemed busy. I was in row 50 dead center and it seemed like we could of fit a group of 12 in no problem. Also they shut down a couple beer stands early on the upper section. Listening to the show now. Jealous of the shows to come!Quote:

anyone want to split a cab out to Red Rocks? I have a ride home and would be interested in getting my drink on.
Will someone please explain the allure of this band to me?
Another great time, the rain sucked, but all in all an amazing time. Suzy Greenberg...
didn't even try last night. hanging out on the Arkansas with good friends and lots of booze. just couldn't find myself driving into mayhem.
now kicking myself...what a set-list!
i'll be there tonight in full fucking effect
set 2 was the fucking heat
and i was sorta stoked about the rain. wicked fun.
Just throwing this out for anyone who might end up with an extra Sunday.
Trying to make it to one of the shows but nothing yet, not looking to break the bank.
More of a lurker over here but plenty of folks know me at that "other site".
I also have a C1 converted kayak thats been collecting dust if anyone is into that.

did your sources tell you about how last night fucking was the best goddamn phish show I've seen in a decade? my sources are telling me that i had a fucking blast and phish fucking rocks the goddamn house. Mound and pyite is when it all started happening for me, and from there I was pretty much just along for the ride. Trey was having a blast and sounded as tight as mid-90's. so glad the boys are back and sounding great.
Final round starting up in ...3....2....
Great run. I don't generally like it when guests sit in because it takes away from the band. However, Billy's sit in last night was great. I thought the Boogie jam was the best of the run and in order here is how I'd rank the weekend shows.
1. Saturday
2. Sunday or Friday
3. Friday or Sunday
4. Thursday
Sets:
1. Friday Set II
1a. Saturday Set I
2. Saturday Set II
3. Sunday Set II
4. Thursday Set II
5. Sunday Set I
6. Thursday Set I
7. Friday Set I
put it this way - i have been seeing the phishes specifically and jam bands generally, since your friends were 5. and fri set 2 and sat rank amongst the best shows i have been to in the last decade. and that includes all the lengendary panic, moe, sts9, cheese and whatever else have you.
Friday set II was the best set all weekend, imo. What I witnessed at Red Rocks was some of the best Phish I've seen since '98 and I've been seeing them since '92.
Hopefully your sources thought the whole weekend blew and will stick to the SCI & Umphrey's scene. More room for me to dance.
^^Wow this is retarded.
Same goes for me. Ive been seeing the phish since they were sitting around in diapers watching Bozo the Clown. Phish kills it and to share it with some of my best homies is stellar. What a weekend.
Spent most of it in 3rd, 4th and 5th rows. Got some pretty good shots. Ill share em after I go rail some CO singletrack for a couple days. Hell yeah!!
Nick, your friends sound like stupid wooks. I listened to cheese from roth and it doesn't even come close.
The last 4 nights were some of the best phish shows I have ever seen.
