Yeah, you can find huge blocks of snow and ice at the top of Rax-Alpe.
It`s unbelievable in this hot summer! The ice layer is up to 25m deep.
Hot sun and warm rain have scraped caves, steep walls and crevasses.
You can call it "devil`s playground".

Raxing is a new art of skiing. A Rax ski can carve turns with short rear fins only. It`s like water skiing, the ski tips can be lifted such making very fast turns possible. Raxing on rear fins opens new lines in woods and narrow couloires. Short fins just under the heel of skier are cuttting a hard surface deeper than long ski edges. That` s the true tracking you have been dreaming of.
Hi Powdork, skiing down such a broad crater would be the adrenaline pure. But there`s no such hole on the Rax, wide enough for the bad boy...
