I have an impact driver^^ which works well on Phillips or PZ screws and they are pretty cheap, a good tool to have. Back in the 70's japanese motorcycles were held togetehr with cheap phillips head screws which stripped really easy so you needed one of these to fix them, hitting the head of the driver with a hammer translates to rotational forces via ramps in the driver body so the driver head forces itself into the screw with every blow of the hammer as it rotates & can actualy fix the screw head
