I agree with you that, yeah, they're all vaccinated, so it's really not a problem. So IMO the messaging needs to be consistent. "We're not wearing masks because we're ALL vaccinated. Cool, huh?" Instead, it's "Oh shit! There's a camera! Quick! Put your masks on!!!" If the rules are "outdoors and vax'd, then masks aren't necessary," then they should simply leave them off as per the recommendations. Or are they not the recommendations? Who freaking knows, huh?
