Got Gorditos. 5/10 personally. Now I did live in SF and Austin before so standards are high...but yeah 5/10.
Obviously OP values burritos very highly as that is their chosen username, and they lived in SF, so i feel it is our duty as fellow transplants to warn of western washington's most egregious shortcoming.
Only if they come in similarly short, sunken houses. I would say though, that midget nazis are better than full-size nazis.
Recently ate at MamnoonStreet, pretty decent shawarma and falafel. Would go again. Not on par with the best in the East Bay.

El Naranjo in greenlake for Mexican. Okinawa Teriyaki downtown. Pestle rock for Thai
Seattle isn’t really known for the best Mexican food (gotta go to the ag communities for that). Teriyaki and thai food however… tons of good spots
Casa Durango, Renton Highlands, corner of Sunset and Union.

Haha. Burrito was simply my "name" in high school Spanish class, and I started using it for online usernames where it wasn't already taken.
The irony is I'm not even that big of a burrito fan on account of not particularly caring for flour tortillas. I'm all-in on corn tortilla burritos, but they're few and far between since a proper corn tortilla is inherently a little crumbly.
Mesa on Gilman in Issaquah.
It's probably only about 7 minutes from Lynwood for some.
Best Mexican food in the state is La Tarasca in Centralia. Family run, all from Michoacán. Grandma does all the cooking. Woman are servers and help in the kitchen, the men built all the furniture in the place. No (or hardly any) cheese. No tortilla chips (pickled jalapeno carrots instead). And no flour (only corn) tortillas. Standouts are Bistek en Salsa de Jitomate and Carne en su Jugo. No burritos. Legit.
My favorite taco place is La Salvadoreña, El Salvadoran in Aberdeen. Awesome Pupusas (try the loroco). Perfect place to eat after surfing Westport.
La Chele Salvadorean Pupuseria in Lakehood has excellent pupusas if you're in the South Sound.
Since we've almost thread-drifted this into snow tires already.....
Best mole sauce in Seattle-area?
Carnitas Michoacán in Beacon Hill for tacos, Raiz/El Xolo in Ballard were doing some good takeout during full pandemic mode - haven't been since. Pitas for a burrito on the way home from Crystal.
I was literally standing in front of that place a few weeks ago wondering if it's legit. I had my dog with me so I couldn't go in but next time I will.
Or... the last person in wants to build the biggest fence. Remember that.
Well, we haven't yet broached the subject of land use and National Parks access. :fmicon:
Let's go ski, yo!
Red Iguana in SLC :D
