Tajin is excellent on roast iguana.
Nobody has heard of it. You should start a thread about it
Oh wait I think I’ve had this stuff on a snow cone It’s wild
Whats tanin? Never heard of it
From a mexi mart near targhee 5 years ago on a moto music trip.
Best michalada I've ever had. And I'm a fiend.

I feel like this is an east/west thing because it's super common here. Lots of bars rim drinks with it, and you can buy it at the regular grocery store.
The west definitely gets Mexican stuff and influences before the east.
Tajin rim, a heavy shot of a nice smoky mezcal, a splash of triple sec, lime juice, a few drops of real honey, rocks.
Tajín coated almonds are pretty good.

We call them Mexican sesame seeds. Tajin coated deer ticks. They're wonderful sprinkled in some hot soup after a morning of skiing icy groomers. The CT and Eastern Long Island ticks are the best.
I'm not sure if Magic gets theirs locally or from Long Island. In VT harvest time is early to mid fall before the cold temps set in. I've occasionally had good harvests walking the dog through the tall grass on Talisman, but its hit or miss in VT. Nowhere near as good as Shelter Island.
Well what is?
Has this been cross posted to the ECRC?

Gonna look for some on the next grocery shopping trip.
I have enjoyed my newly acquired Tajin on cucumber slices and avocado.
