If you never had Country Sweet fresh, you missed out. I hear they still have one store at the University, but I think it just tasted better in the ghetto.

There's one Country Sweet restaurant still open on Mt Hope Ave near the UofR. The crown jewel used to be on Monroe ave and Friday night, post-party trips there at 2AM were something to behold. ROC's finest. Wings as big as your head, extra hair at no additional charge. And the flavor! The sweet and tangy bliss was a perfect match for the sound of the pimp shaking down his ho in the corner.
