Looking to help a mag help me. 400 sf studio needing new face. Can do cash and keep it in the family. Will take care of you for same. This is only interior work - tile, flooring, cabinets, paint, appliance sets, some electrical and plumbing if possible.

**Bonus** - work gets done, get some use of the unit post completion this winter as this is a personal hideaway not short term crap. Can stay in unit while work time frame is happening. Unit is across the street from Gondola Plaza and Transit Center, so quick walk to lifts. Hoping for late Nov completion or thereabouts. Complex has hot tubs and pool available as well.
