This years Perry is in the fermenters. Ended up using a variety of yeasts instead of my old stand by 775 English cider yeast. Nottingham and 05 are going at it so we shall see what the results will be a year from now.

Just the other day I was having happy thoughts about cider season. In addition to Blue Mountain Cider and Freewater Cider both in Milton-Freewater OR just down the road a new place opened on Main Street in DT W2 called Locust Cider & Brewing
