My 2003 awd Bull is slowly leaking oil. By the time I need to top it off, it's time to get an oil change anyway.

Your reservoir is over full. You need to drain it. This maintenance action is the same for all makes and models.
On the underside of your bull you will see where the leak is coming from, grab with a strong grip and give it a dozen or so spirited tugs and the spigot will appear, a couple more tugs and the reservoir will empty. Your bull will love you forever.

Did you check to make sure your "Cowexist" brand is properly aligned?
Unlikely the head gaskets. I'd look at the rear main seal for any leakage or build up.

It's pretty easy to make an internal adjustment to make sure things are tight.
