Thanks, it's a Sigma 10-20mm on a crop body. Awesome lens for the money. The ancient art photos are with that lens as well.

Cool video of the first ascent.

Pounding in hexes on that thing would have been grim.

Nothing terribly exciting, but we did Crystal Crag outside of Mammoth over the weekend. It was my Mrs Hutash's second multi-pitch climb. The cool thing was the giant quartz crystal at the top. The ridge walk was cool as well, but nothing very difficult.

stoked to be heading to city of rocks next week!
I miss it. Just got back from a trip to the Boone,NC area, and I climbed the wall at Footslaggers(sp?).
I was wearing some Mojo boat shoe waders, and decided not to squeeze my feet into climbing shoes.
I made it up a pretty fun very overhanging section. The guy on the rope was pretty impressed.
Woke up something in me. I need more of that.
Some easy cruisers on upper breadloaves, first city of rocks trip of the season.

^^^^Love the breadloaves. I found them surprisingly uncrowded a few weekends ago and climbed the classic four stars with no waiting.
Nice! Twist and Crawl is a favorite. Lucked out on a paid for campsite right up off the main trail. Great place to spend time
we're heading there for the 8th through the 11th. anyone else gonna be around?
gf topping out on what turned out to be a very nice wall. Surprisingly high quality quartzite, very fun.
