I'll take a jacket if SkiLyft is offering to use his credit card.
Just warranted a ~5yo Rush hard shell. Minor delam on seems and across shoulders. They sent me a brand new one within a couple weeks.
Top service.

Update #2
Prince Adjar just sent me an email. Seems there was a hold up with shipping and I have to send him cash in an envelope to a address located Libya. He assured me that once cash is received the jackets will ship.
What do I do?!

^^^ In for a penny, in for a pound. Better get the prince his $$$ so that your top half won't have to be cold and wet when you ski anymore.

They have been good to me. I had an eight year old stingray jacket that the fabric delaminated and they replaced it for me for free. I don't like the sabre that they replaced it with as much as my old sting ray but still great customer service.
I fell for that shit a year ago when a local skier friend excitedly sent it to me saying he’d placed an order
mattig set me straight & I quickly canceled that card & the order
my other friend eventually cancelled his order & card too after waiting weeks & listening to me suggesting he bail
update: slightly better executed version of the same scam.

second update: she got the jacket!
It's obviously fake, but not the worst thing I've ever seen.
someone crushed my zipper over thanksgiving weekend
I found it hung nicely on the hook, but it didn't zip anymore
emailed arc...they're sending a replacement out & sent the vid on how to do it
that's a satisfactory experience on what wasn't a warrantee item
3 years later and the “beyond repair” hoody from the OP is still going strong, being worn 4 - 5 days a week in winter. Starting to look pretty worn but...
Anyone have experience with how they've handled delam issues at the cuffs of ski pants? On my 3 year old Stinger bibs, the cuffs on both legs are completely shredded outside of where the reinforced area is. I'm pretty sure this has been caused by rubbing against my ski boot buckles, so could see how they could call it wear and tear, but it does seem like crazy amounts of wear.
I'm going to hold onto them until the end of the season before potentially sending them in, but basically want to get an idea of whether I should be in the market for new bibs and taking advantage of end of season sales.

Mine are doing the same — same pant same year. Curious what they do with yours when you send em in.
