A daily walk, hike, bike ride, or ski is a great way to help manage the stress and uncertainty. But, there are some things to keep in mind that will help keep you and the rest of the community safe and healthy:
Don't go out if you don't feel well.
Don't carpool outside your own household
Stay 6ft+ away from others
Choose low-risk activities. Now's not the time to end up in the hospital!
Avoid common high-touch surfaces... door knobs, handrails, etc...
Don't touch your face
Wash Your Hands (Video... definitely worth watching)
Leash Your Dog. They are members of your household and need to keep their distance as well.
