I have a haibike with a Bosch motor and it's pretty noisy in lower gears
Are all Bosch motor noisy, or could it be a derailleur adjustment issue.
The noise is when the motor assists.
Thank you

Disconnect the motor and ride like a man, problem solved.:fm:
Easy for you to say. Once i felt the power of the e bike, there's no going back to my regular Enduro.
I ride twice the downhill in a week.

We already have one of these stupid threads. Do you really need another?
Get a real motorcycle that makes real motorcycle sounds. At least you won't sound like a pussy while being lazy.
Not sure but get her tuned up. UCI announcement that rainbow stripes will be awarded at first world championships in mt st Anne next year .
You may find something about your Bosch on here though

Looks like a couple Bosch threads on there. One guy got all the bearings made for the motors to service them. I guess they’re a funny size so he ended up getting some built with a 1000 piece order now he has a business to service the Bosch and Yamaha motors and sounds like he’ll soon have the parts for shimano and Brose . Motors supposedly last a long time but finding bearings is/was difficult. Not saying it’s your bearings, idk, good luck
Thanks, idk if it's bearings

Ya chances are it isn’t the bearings. Maybe that’s just the way they are. Some companies are louder than others. I’ve heard of some shimano motors being louder than other shimano motors too. Someone on that forum can probably help point you in the right direction. There’s a Haibike thread that gets bumped quite often as well
Are you sure you aren't just a little bit ashamed of the noise that all that power is making?
Asking for a friend.....
Shoulda got a belt driven one.
"I bought a motor bike, and the motor bike sounds like a motor, any ideas guys on what's the problem?"
Thanks, that's exactly what o think it is.
I can hear the noise when i pedal with the motor off.
I couldn't see any way to adjust the tensioner guide.

They design them specifically to be obnoxious for 500 miles in an attempt to annoy you enough to start riding real bikes again.
