Why the hell have I started waking up at 4am?
Why? WTF? It's been going on for a while now. Wake up between 4 and 5. Sometimes I'll sleep longer, sometimes (rarely) I'll even wake up in the threes, but it seems like it's 3-4 days per week in the 4s or early 5s. Sometimes more. Anybody else have this shit going on? How do I fix it?

Why the hell have I started waking up at 4am?
I reject the assumption that we have to start getting up early as we age. My old man is in his 80s and sleeps until 11-noon most days. When I wake up that early, I rub one out, queue up some Bob Ross on the phone, set a sleep timer and am out in minutes.
