Genius, to take some of the heat off of Brady...
Female heat.
After this long and this much success I feel like I have to trust in Bill.
Gronk sub is an interesting thought, but do you think he's tough enough to handle the abuse at TE?
I bet we see him sharing some responsibility coming out of the backfield, maybe an RB 2/3 kinda role??
Can he play defensive back?
No way he's the back-up QB, right? If so then I'd start wondering if Bill has been touched by the Jesus.
Blocker for Woodhead? Noption?
Brady's personal fluffer
You'd have to figure that Mallet is still backup QB #1
Everybody knows that Belichick loves tough, smart, versatile football players. Guys who can make an impact at different positions, special teams, wherever. Tebow is 6'3", 240 and runs a 4.7 40. Gotta imagine that puts him into the FB/RB/TE discussion..
Yeah of course mallet is the backup, although Tebow will probably get to run a couple plays (like, less than 10 over the course of the season). But Tebow is a fucking specimen. Oughta be something he can do out there. If he can catch the ball out of the slot or at H-back, we know he can run with it.
Can he catch a ball? TE would be great he fits the description but not so great if he can't catch or hang on to the ball. Maybe a spot on D?
3ed string QB?
Just another tool (no pun intended) in Bellichecks bag.....
Any chance BB just wants some Jets intel?
The Pats will findout the ins and outs of the ass fumble play.
Woodhead signed with the Chargers....
I really think he signed him as another way to stuff another 6 points down Rex's throat. Two very dedicated guys, who love to win and compete and share a mutual hatred and distaste of Rex.
Not at QB but maybe for trick plays on special teams...
Like when Flutie drop kick against the Dolphins a few years back.
really? you think Aqib Talib is the worst DB in the league??
I honestly dont think that Dennard was a bad player either...
Are jerseys available yet?
Btw. How about this for a fucking fun evening?

I can't imagine how painful that dinner would be.
no, i like aqib. just needs to stay healthy. but the secondary has been the problem the last couple years. i was thinking more of replacing arrington. half joking obviuosly.
IIRC he was near 100% in his route running accuracy when Orton was here in Denver. I can't recall if he can actually catch the ball.
I have said all along that he should play as a TE.
He was a QB so he knew all the plays and where everyone should be. I don't think Orton ever targeted him but I've tried real hard to make sure I can't remember Orton and McHurricane.
I'm interested to see what Hoody and Hoody Jr. will do with him but I was hoping to be spared from Tebow coverage for a season.
Im not exactly thrilled with this, but I must admit the kid is a winner when he plays. Team first guy, gets it done when needed, and lets be honest, the dude can run the ball. Cant really hold his performance with the Jets against him considering they were basically trying to make him look like shit.
Regardless of the media shitshow (which you know Belichek wont let stand), as mentioned above 6+, 240 and an run a 4.7 is going to be useful. I'm pegging him as a FB/Kevin Faulk replacement.
He's bigger than Hernandez (well taller, 6'3" to 6'1", they weigh about the same) and faster than Gronk...should be something he can do out there.
edit: I just looked it up and Tebow, Gronk and Hernandez are all at about 4.7
He's annoying as all fuck thats for sure.
But he's not going to shoot up a strip club, kill his baby momma, or do any number of things dumb NFL players seem to be known for these days.
He's a worse running back than any RB in the NFL with a job. Find me a rb with his three cone and 40 time. They got him to be a backup qb. He gets to learn from the coach and coordinator who made Matt Cassel serviceable. Brady could last 2 year's or 6 years.

He is not a QB and will not be magically turned into one. Brady and Mallet can throw the ball Tebow can't. He can't read defenses and has no ability to go through progressions and he didn't get any better when he played. He's not good in practice but he's a "gamer," but that can't change the fact that he sucks as a NFL QB. The fact that the Broncos and Jets didn't see him as a QB speaks volumes.
There's just no way they want him as a QB.
Yeah, sorry neufox, theres absolutely no way they got him to be a backup QB.
I mean, its all just armchair speculation at this point, but.. he's gonna be a FB or a TE
It's funny that they are just trying to find a place for Tebow since he is such an icon now. It's like, "hey he's in the NFL and sucks at what he was hired for but we can shoehorn in him into a position that there are probably way more talented people out there to fill, because he's Tebow.
I'll help, but I think you're forgetting
