This is my first real contribution to stoke on tgr; I'm from the EC specifically Atlanta, so about 95% of the skiing I've done is in NC and no one wants to see wrod pics in Feb. It is belated because I wasn't sure if I would make a tr. Last winter was my first season in the west at Alta. It was an incredible season and it was great to finally get away from NC skiing, which wasn't ALL bad.

The next day I left for the long haul back to the ATL. It was an epic season for me and I can't wait to get back next winter. It was good meeting those of you that I did, and some even hooked me up big time with fixing broken gear, etc. SFB is owed credit and karma for that as well as Woolybeastman for hiring me at the snowpine and making this season possible. Thanks to Southeast maggot for great pics good times and pushing me to hike faster, SheRa for fun late season outings and good vibes , Jerseypowder for being a great roommate at the SP and countless good pow days, kbowm and BackcountryBen for prolonging my season by letting me couch crash, and making me a better skier just trying to keep up with BCBen. It was great making turns with you guys I look forward to doing it again in a few months and hopefully meet some more mags along the way!

Back in WI for a while and it is hot muggy and flat, appreciate the good stoke. Gets the juices flowing as I look over SKI and Backcountry's gear issues.

Thx. that was the first time I've ridden pow on my bday and it was one of the best days of the year. Next wnter we'll make some turns. This community has helped me out and provided great stoke so I hope to do the same.

not soon enough! I could technically whenever I want, but I'm kinda tied down until early December with an xmas tree business my family runs each year. we'll see though. I'd like to shoot for mid november if possible.

You should come out as soon as you can. There's a lot of fun stuff in the wasatch in the off season too... we gotta get you out on a bike!

I know. MTB out there would be super cool. I'd also love to just hike a lot in the mtns and check out what everything looks like in the summer. The SE is in a bad drought and I haven't been paddling much lately. Also, I need to ski in October if possible. it's something I've never done.

Dec 30 has been good 5 or 6 out of the last 7 , the fact that Splatster the g. o. a. t. saucerboy share that date

Great stuff. Good to see some ATL folks living the dream.

I stayed at the snowpine a few seasons ago for a long week and thought it was great. When I saw they were hiring last season I thought that would be one of the coolest gigs around....if I didn't have a wife and 3 kids.

I will just live vicariously through TRs.

The snowpine was a great gig, I'm very glad to have had that as my first experience living in the mtns.
I'd be down for a nice CO tour
