Nice Pics!
I recognize you and your wife, as there was only around 50 people at the place each day.
We had a group from Gunnison up there Dec 30/ 31. It was certainly more tracked out than I expected, but fantastic terrain. Several of us remarked that it was very similar to the backside of Blackcomb. When they opened Cabin we headed to the best snow of the trip in the trees called the Three Stooges- lots of pillow drops to be had by all!
Some pics- sorry for the lack of action shots, once I was skiing.... I was skiing.
Photo 1: Rigging used for air blasts
Photo 2: Hike to the peak, the boot pack is just barely visible
Photo 3: See the rope?
4: Warning
5: More hiking
Nice man, it was a gorgeous day for sure. So how was the skiing from the peak?
I'll help you out with your pics...

666- Thanks for the help with the pics- they look a lot better enlarged.
The peak was beautiful, good skiing but not as nice as "rope dee dope" on the 30th.
KneeDropper- you were in good company out there. Lots of rippin' tele skier's for sure. I like the pic of 1st ramp for Rope Dee Dope, it was far better than our shots from below the pitch.
Good times at the bar on the 31st too!
Nice TR. Thanks for the update... Think maybe I'll have to head on down that-a-way this weekend for some San Juan goods.:D
Nah! If it was vail it'd be flat as a pancake and boring like this ('cept all the tracks would be straightlinin').

Looks like fun, although T-ride was looking a bit thin! Thanks for sharing the pics!!! :)
Awesome TR and nice pics!
I loved Telluride when I was there. Till this day my dad can't stop tell me about how he got "Wacked on Bushwacker".
Funny dad :rolleyes2
