Four students tested positive at my kid elementary school in the last seven days. All in special ed IGS program so shit ton of medical issues to begin with. Mine tested negative Saturday and no symptoms so far. He got a booster just two weeks ago. Hope it does its job.
I missed a super spreader BD party last week where 12 people at the brew pub got covid so its definalty out there, these were medical types and skiers as opposed to yer whacko nut jobs, reports are it wasn't bad and seemed to be done in < 5 days

The 75 yo lady clerk at the county store was out for a week with Covid. Felt poor with a cough and next day had zero energy. Day 3 felt fine and tested neg.

Just learned of a close friend (and athlete) that’s suffering from a neuro-muscular issue in one leg. It’s drastically affecting his mobility. For instance, he can’t ride a bike. Been a constant problem since October. He has a lot of physician access and is active in getting resolution/treatment. No treatment has been found so far. Cause has been reduced to adverse affect from bivalent booster or covid (had a mild case in the summer). Sucks regardless of cause.
