No, not that one.
Val Kilmer has passed. His Doc Holiday will always be a favorite role of mine.

And its my birthday. Icemans dead, long live iceman.
RIP Iceman.
Long live Otzi.
I'm your huckleberry.
RIP Doc
Is this the right thread to post the Tarantino rant about how top gun is home erotic? Nttiawt
Happy birthday!
HBD Ice! May you long outlive the TGR forums!
Val Kilmer was very good in Heat too. Taking part in one of the greatest heist sequences in movie history as just a random California dude felt so real. The new Top Gun was also surprisingly good. Tom Cruise insisted on including the Val Kilmer scene: "It's time to let go." Rest in peace, Val Kilmer
I saw the title and got nervous we wouldn't see a denim wearing skier anymore.
"I'm your huckleberry" was one of the best delivered lines in cinema.
Rip
Heat, bank robbery shoot out, Val owned it.
65 is not very old I think he has had long standing health issues
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is a good movie of his to check out if you haven’t seen it.
Top Secret
Real Genius
Willow
Some real gems from the 80s. Guy had a long career.
Ironically (or maybe not), I hate Top Gun. Like fingernails on a chalkboard unwatchable.
But I love Top Secret.
Great actor. RIP
I never saw that Being Val or whatever the documentary was called that came out around the Pandemic. Wonder if Ill finally get around to watching it now.

Thirding Heat. Such a good move and the shootout is all-time. RIP.

I'd forgotten about the Salton Sea, I'm ashamed to say - so good.
The Saint reminded me that Adventures in Babysitting's Elizabeth Shue is still a total sweetheart.
..... until she met up with Homelander.
I must have watched Real Genius on cable a hundred times
