Sick Season is around the corner. And I hate to miss on powdays or stellar skiing weeks. Plus the lost days after recovery were I still have to take it easy,
I dont like vegges . I eat fruit. An Apple a day, etc.
can I train my immune system?
Drinking my own urine is not an option.
